Hazelnut granola

 

HAZELNUT GRANOLA RECIPE

 

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr. oat flakes (or flakes of various cereals, oats, buckwheat, spelled …)

  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup or honey

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon a pinch of salt (1/4 of a small spoon)

  • 100 gr. of raw unpeeled hazelnuts

Preparation:

Place the honey in a small bowl with the coconut oil, cinnamon and salt. Mix well and in a larger bowl mix with oats and hazelnuts. Mix well with a fork or by hand.

Place the mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Introduce it in the preheated oven at 140º for 40 minutes, stirring the flakes with a fork every 15 minutes so that they are roasted equally. Remove from the oven and let cool. We keep in a jar or a can.
