BREAKFAST BOWL RECIPE
- 1 natural or creamy yogurt
- 1/2 mango peeled and diced
- 4 strawberries cut into pieces
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon of apple syrup (or agave or maple syrup)
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 chopped mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon of cashew or hazelnut butter or any other nut
Mix the syrup with the fruit, mint and ginger in a bowl and stir well. Let marinate for 10 minutes and serve with yogurt and cashew butter.
To make the butter of cashews, put in the glass of the blender 100 gr. of cashews and a spoonful of coconut oil. Mix well until it is a cream.
